Kasia films are touching and unexpected journeys inside human soul. Kasia can turn every plot, even a life of a boring accountant, into the most unique and thrilling story. She values authentic faces and natural behaviour in front of the camera. So, she isn’t afraid to work with amateur actors and experiment with documentary style.

Kasia has been working with the most acclaimed Polish directors, on films such as “Nina” by Olga Chajdas, “Kamerdyner” by Filip Bajon, and “Demon” directed by Marcin Wrona.

2023 marked a massive turning point in Kasia’s career. She served as a parallel director alongside legendary filmmaker Agnieszka Holland and Kamila Tarabura on the groundbreaking feature film “Green Border” (“Zielona granica”). The harrowing, deeply human drama earned the Special Jury Prize at the 80^th Venice Film Festival and received a thunderous 15-minute standing ovation from the festival audience.

Furthermore, the coming-of-age drama series “Absolute Beginners” (“Absolutni debiutanci)”, another project she co-directed, received enthusiastic reviews from critics and became a major international hit on Netflix.

She is currently channeling this vision into her highly anticipated solo feature film debut, which is officially gearing up for shooting next year (2027).

Her greatest inspiration are people. She believes each and everyone of us has a hidden truth that’s beautiful and worth discovering. We can’t wait to see more of it!
