Lena Jabłońska

Lena brings narratives to life with a distinctive and engaging visual style. Light is her huge fascination, you could say obsession even, she is always observing its nuances and how it shapes the world around us. A graduate of the Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School, she combines a strong academic background with a genuine passion for the art of filmmaking.

Her talent shines through in the award-winning feature documentary “The Last Generation” which premiered at Millennium Docs Against Gravity and has been showcased at various festivals both in Poland and abroad, demonstrating her ability to capture authentic moments and craft compelling visual stories. As a recipient of the “Młoda Polska” scholarship in 2024, she’s also recognized for her talent and commitment to developing her own personal projects. Her diverse portfolio includes shorts, commercials, experimental films, and music videos, proving her creative versatility.

Beyond the camera, Lena is an art lover with a drive for making a difference. She is particularly drawn to projects that resonate with her personal values, including inclusivity, feminism, and LGBTQ+ rights, often seeking out opportunities to contribute to socially conscious and impactful storytelling.
