Agata and Ewa have been a production design duo since 2013. Their early projects included music videos for Igor Volak, Dawid Podsiadło, Fair Weather Friends, and Maria Peszek, as well as award-winning short films like “Lockjaw” and “Dregs” by Kordian Kądziela.
Primarily focused on feature films, they have worked on ten, beginning with “Hardkor Disko” (directed by Krzysztof Skonieczny). Three projects are set for release in 2024/2025: “Dead Before Dawn” (directed by Dawid Torrone), “Kingdom” (directed by Michał Ciechomski) and “Larp” (directed by Kordian Kądziela).
Their approach to each film is marked by dedication and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that interiors reflect characters and props serve as natural extensions of them. Sharing passions for architecture, art, and design, they love mid-20th-century modernism and often incorporate elements from this era. As children of the 1980s, they have a particular fondness for urban landscapes and interiors from their childhood, such as wall mosaics and murals, which they creatively adapt in their work.
They have also worked on photo shoots with renowned Polish photographers, including Wunsche&Samsel, Zuza Krajewska, Stanisław Boniecki, and Mateusz Stankiewicz.
