Marcin is a director, who gained his experience mostly by practice, working on numerous tv series and feature films with such A‑list filmmakers as Steven Spielberg and Agnieszka Smoczyńska.
As he claims, the most important lesson of filmmaking was the one taught by master Andrzej Wajda himself, for whom Marcin worked as 1AD. That’s when he learned the true meaning of commands “camera” and “action”.
Marcin can work in any genre, both commercial and narrative. He looks for authenticity in random life situations. His positive attitude, energy and joy of making movies radiates on everyone on both sides of the camera which, next to his rare skill of discovering truth in accidental details, makes Marcin an exceptional and versatile director.
His portfolio, apart from many other genres, consists of tv ads for brands such as: Toyota, Skoda, PKO BP, Deichmann, Biedronka, Pepsi, L’Oreal, Renault, mBank, Disney UK and Leroy Merlin, to name a few.
Privately Marcin is the father of a 5‑year-old Julius, an undisputed master of morning shakshuka and pancakes and a great fan of B‑movies, football and Lego.
