“My greatest dream film wise is to make someone feel something while watching my work and not only be impressed with what we did visually. That’s probably why I observe natural light so much and usually try to maintain human perspective while lining up shots. This way someone, hopefully, can relate his own experience to what we’ve created.”

Born in Warsaw in 1984, Wojtek pursued studies in photography and sociology before enrolling in film school. This foundation in human-focused disciplines is evident in his work, where a deep sense of curiosity about people remains a defining characteristic.

Graduating with merit from the Cinematography Department of the Łódź Film School in 2013, he quickly established himself as a cinematographer, working on both feature films and commercial productions. His extensive portfolio includes over 130 television commercials, as well as numerous short films and documentaries.

Beyond his humanistic background, Wojtek’s visual style is deeply influenced by nature and natural light, resulting in a harmonious and refined aesthetic. A true outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys activities such as mountaineering and motocross, which further inspire his creative vision.

In his approach to cinematography, Wojtek believes that each project tells a unique story, requiring a fresh perspective and an inventive mindset. His process begins with an in-depth exploration of the narrative, ensuring he is fully immersed from the very start to develop a distinctive visual language for every project.
