His original portfolio speaks for itself.”

Marcin Gołąb is a film operator whose passion for storytelling began early in life. He honed his craft at the School of Art and Design in Łódź and the Katowice Film School named after K. Kieślowski.

His diverse portfolio includes narrative shorts, series, music videos, commercials, and avant-garde video art. Marcin is currently developing a personal documentary film set in the Ukrainian Zakarpattia region.

Driven by instinct, Marcin infuses his films and photographs with heartfelt emotion. He enjoys blending traditional techniques with cutting-edge technologies to rediscover classic solutions in unique ways. For him, every film set is a canvas for passion and creativity. Constantly capturing moments, he translates the captured atmospheres into his works.

In 2023, Marcin showcased his solo photography exhibition titled “It’s only temporary” at the Marszalkowska18 gallery in Warsaw. The exhibition delved into themes of isolation, marking the initial phase of a larger project in the making.
